Property Inspections

Our core business is to help you get your holiday property up and running the right way. We can take your project on from day one ensuring a high standard is achieved and maintained. We can offer regular inspections or one-off inspections as and when required. We will provide a full report including our recommendations.

Housekeepers

With our vast experience in cleaning and property presentation, we can help your current housekeeping team to document current and potential issues, clean to our high standards and take any management roles they can't undertake for you including being your go to reliable key holder.

Inventory checks

We will perform regular inventory inspections, itemising items and making recommmendations for improvements. We also offer a purchasing service whereby we will order everything for you at a budget or predetermined price.

Guest refunds

Guest refunds can be one of easiest things to avoid in this industry, yet many of the clients we take on have not acted or been told to act on the information they have been given.


We ensure a record is kept of any issues during a guests stay and if preventative measures are not easily achievable we can find the time in the properties diary to make it happen. A happy guest will book again!
