ABOUT
Founded by Louise and Lee from Torbay in South Devon, although Louise was born in West Bromwich and Lee was born in Gloucester. What started out as a small family cleaning company grew into a deep, passionate love of all property and quickly turned into a established and well respected local business.
With a range of properties from across the South West now in our capable hands, we turned our hand to assisting owners that were struggling a little or just didn't quite have the time to put into the property. Over the years we have become very knowledgeable and are now the go to for all of our clients in any challenging situation.
With every new clients property we gain, a new additional skill is learnt. We have such a variety of property to manage, sometimes the properties even surprise us a little!
We are regularly called upon by Holiday Let agents to assist owners in their Holiday Let ventures and so we decided to start The Holiday Let Inspector to work side by side with our cleaning company.
We can now offer our clients a broad range of "help us to help you" services, completely bespoke to your budget and needs. We can come to you and discuss our recommendations or you can tell us exactly what you need down to the final details, either way we are always here to help you.
